Candy, Costumes, & Canines?!?

It's the 5th annual fall fundraiser for the animal shelter you work for.  So far it's been going ok but then tragedy strikes.  The dog to beat in the doggy costume contest has been fed chocolate!  Is this just an accident or did one of the other contests want to get rid of the competition.  Can you solve the mystery?

This game was made for the Spooktober Visual Novel Jam 2023.
